The term product below refers collectively, and individually to the Entangle Social mobile applications (Android, iOS), related website, backend services, and any other current, and future related applications & services.

TL;DR: At this, initial stage the product is a little hobby project; its developer (owner) does his best to provide and maintain the product, and to protect its users from associated risks; however the developer (owner) gives no warranties of any kind, and he is not liable for any damage (harm) that may be caused directly, or indirectly by (using) the product.

Bug reports, suggestions, and ideas are welcome to ‌support@entangle.social. There is no guarantee of (timely) reply, nor resolution of incoming inquiries and support requests.

Terms of Use (EULA)

div The product is provided “as is”, without a warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. In no event shall the author(s) (developer(s) / owner(s) / copyright holder(s) / etc.) be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the product or the use or other dealing in the product.

The user is forbidden to attempt reverse engineering of the product; and/or using any piece of (or asset included into) the product in any other project.

Privacy Policy

The product may collect, store, and use user-sensitive information, as explained below.

The product collects, stores (remotely, “in cloud”), and uses for its core features user-provided data, and (optionally) user location data, as explained in details in the corresponding segments of the mobile app. Some of these data are shared to other users, accoding to the product core logic.

The product may provide purchases and subscriptions, powered by 3rd part providers (system app stores, e.g. Google.Play, App Store, and RevenueCat) accroding to their policies. They may collect, store, and use user's billing and purchase information as necessary to provide purchase and subscription services.

The product's team (developers / owners) does their best to protect the privacy of its users, within the limitations of the core product functionality and features, and to protect the users from any harm and risks associated with the use of the product and related services. However, the product comes with no warranties of any kind, and its team / owner are not liable for any damage, breach of privacy, etc. caused by the product, or by any 3rd party code, providers, or services this product relies upon.

You are well adviced to avoid using this product if you are concerned with your privacy!
